Fun and easy to use. Great for boosting your skills. I was a little disappointed that its titled how to draw almost anything and there are no vehicles/cars/construction/boats/planes etc though.My 8 year old found it easy to follow and copy and use solo.

There are opportunities to copy the drawing and then to do it yourself. The drawings are slightly cartoonish, but that is probably the level of art for the age group. Not particularly attractive so I hope my grand daughter will be inspired to have a go even so.

Bought for my 10 year old for Christmas and worth every penny as its helped her with confidence in her drawing. It's so good, my husband is using it too!

Ok confession time. This book was a gift for my daughter who is 12 and loves drawing. One day I was a bit stressed and started looking through it. Next thing I know an hour has passed me by and I’ve been sat relaxing having a go at drawing all sorts! And believe me I am hopeless at drawing! It was an excellent way to wind down after a stressful day..or month! It’s gotten me through many stressful lockdown days. I recommend this book for stressed out people of all ages or just people who want to draw things that are recognisable. Oh and I did give it back to my daughter...she loves it too!

Very easy for kids to learn drawing using this book. My daughter simply loved it. I bought few drawing books this is the best one, I gonna return others. Due to limited reviews, I was hesitant to buy this book but I am glad I bought it.

too rigid and prescriptive...not free enough...my grandson, 7, objected...he likes to "draw outside the lines"...

This book would be ideal for a young child who wanted to draw stuff, Instructions are step by step. I wouldn't recommend it for an older child of 7 or 8.
