Never in my lifetime did I expect to love a machine this much. We’ve named our hardest working family member Rosie. I love her so much. She cleans our floors with great much care. Picks up all kinds of dirt and debris it’s a bit embarrassing. Good thing she doesn’t sweep and tell. You can schedule her to clean your entire home or just one room. Having tanks to hold clean and dirty water is wonderful so easy to change. Can’t even confuse them. They are different colors. Although Rosie is a little wider than I’ve seen of some robot vacs, she still manages to get between my kitchen chairs without issue. She is built to clean, I didn’t really expect her to mop as well as she does. Puts my human capabilities to shame. I am so happy to have Rosie as part of our family. Well built and great quality. Added bonuses, she will take photos of your pets if she spots them while cleaning. I find this kind of fun. She also spots and finds all their missing toys. This is amazing. She’s found a few things I didn’t even realize were missing. I am seriously impressed with this machine!

I absolutely love this robot vacuum. This is by far the best robot vacuum I’ve ever owned. It is incredibly powerful and picks up dust, pet hair, and debris effortlessly, even from carpets and corners. I love the auto-empty feature and self-cleaning mop so much because it really makes daily cleaning almost completely hands-free, which is a huge time saver. What really impressed me is the corner-to-edge deep cleaning and the detangling brush, which handles long hair extremely well. My floors have never looked this clean. If you’re looking for a powerful, smart, and low-maintenance robot vacuum and mop, this one is absolutely worth the price. Highly recommended!

I had a braava mop and a roomba s9+ before this. This one machine completely blows iRobot out of the water. Mapping was quick and thorough. Gets closer to objects has only gotten stuck one time and I was able to manually drive out of it via the app when I was at work. Revolutionary! And the roomba could never get over my threshold in the kitchen. This guys doesn’t even need that to get over it but it does have the capability to maneuver over thresholds if needed. Functions amazing. Wi-Fi connects easy. It’s a bit larger than the roomba but gets into smaller places with the ability to move the sweeping arm out to reach corners and edges with precision. It vacuums the carpets much better than my s9+. Mopping is great and it self cleans the mop heads. Feels very sturdy. I have zero complaints. I will never use another brand. These guys have the app and machine running tip top. So glad I ran across them and will never go back. My house is always clean even with a heavy shedding Bassett hound.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I am so angry about this robot vacuum that I felt the need to let others know. I have had this now for six weeks or so and I have not been impressed at all. This company claims all kinds of fancy features like video cameras, and AI and lifting wheels let me tell you it doesn’t know how to map and run correctly. It runs from room to room no kind of pattern to its vacuuming or mopping. It doesn’t fit under chairs or in between stools. Well, I’m still having to run my handheld vacuum every day behind it. It claims it was good for Pet hair, which after it runs I Still have to vacuum. let me tell you it doesn’t know how to map and run correctly. It claims it was good for Pet hair which I watch it to go right by Dog Hair as it rolls away from it, not catching it and vacuuming it up. I have a shag rug in my living room that it won’t even attempt to try to vacuum, so I have to still vacuum that with a regular vacuum sweeper, and today was the straw that broke the camels back!!!!!!! this vacuum says it has eyes to avoid vacuuming things that shouldn’t well it didn’t today it ran through dog poop that my little dog left in my dining room and ran ALL through it and smeared it ALL over my dining room to my rug at the front door. Needless to say, I am flipping LIVID !!! unless you wanna spend two hours of your time cleaning up after this darn thing I wouldn’t suggest purchasing it or wasting your money. It’s too expensive and doesn’t do near what it should be. I had to take the vacuum all apart, clean poop out of the wheels with a toothpick then the dog poop was all dried and stuck on because it was smeared and stuck everywhere had to scrub it off my hardwood floors. What a disgusting mess I had to spend cleaning this all up and what they claim the vacuum avoids. I love the fact that it can mop and clean itself and empty itself, but that’s about the only thing this thing is good for. it doesn’t vacuum well and it just made a mess hitting dog poop spreading it all over my floors. These things need some serious work and improvements before spending over $800. So sad cause I really wanted this thing to work. It seemed like it was a great concept and big help. I’m a busy full-time working mom with two kids and two fur babies and thought this would be a big help. I will have to do some more research on a better vacuum and mop system. That’s for sure. Listen to me and don’t waste your money or time.

This robot is fantastic when it works. Mapping is quick and painless. Mapped ~3000 sq ft in ~20 minutes. Wide array of map features and customizations. I'm a bit too lazy to manual confirm where carpets are and where thresholds are, but I did make sure rooms were sectioned off correctly (sometimes it thinks two rooms are one room if you leave the door open during mapping). That took me about 5 minutes after mapping and since then, aside from setting scheduling cleaning, it was pretty much set and forget (aside from water refills). Then.. my robot started acting up where it would suddenly stop after about 2 minutes and return to dock. Weird thing was that it never left any logs when it failed to complete a cleaning. I reached out to support, and it was frustrating at first because they kept asking me to restart the machine because they couldn't see the logs. Finally, after being asked to restart the machine several times, I recorded a video using another phone of the entire process. I recorded how I would use my phone to initiate a task, robot would start, crash after 2 minutes, restart, and return to dock. I recorded how my app was showing absolutely nothing in my logs. I uploaded the 10 minute video to Google Drive and shared the video withm them. They finally sent me a new robot. Issues are never fun, especially when you spend this amount of money on a robot vacuum, but the support team did pull through in the end and replaced my machine. It's been working ever since. Overall, the feature set was pretty impressive. I run this robot twice a day (parts of the house) for about 2 months and it's gotten stuck a grand total of 2 times. The price tag does seem steep for a robot vacuum, but from my research, I've seen Reddit posts about Dreame robots running for 3 years and the battery dies and needs to be replaced. I had a Ecovacs that died after 1 year. I loved that model so much at first that I recommended it to a friend, whose machine also died after a year... so that's why I was in the market looking for another machine. If this machine lasts 2 years, it would have cost me ~$2/day to keep my floors clean. If it lasts 3 years, it would cost ~$1/day. That's a pretty decent value proposition. I do think I got unlucky with my first machine with a weird glitch. Hope this one lasts me 3+ years.

This is an amazing robot vacuum cleaner. I used to own another robot vacuum back in the early days of this technology. At that time, robot cleaners were in their earliest stage—they couldn’t map the floor, and the performance wasn’t very good. I was not happy with it because it just kept circling around without cleaning properly. This one, however, is incredible. It does an amazing job. It’s very smart, cleans efficiently, returns to the dock on its own, and automatically empties the dust tray. Everything works exactly as it should. It is also very quiet. I ran it at night, and it was perfect—it didn’t bother us at all. The only small complaint I have is that it sometimes gets stuck between rugs and the floor, but that’s not really the vacuum’s fault. It’s due to my house layout, with uneven floors, rugs, and furniture placed in a specific way. Aside from that, everything is excellent. If you’re looking for a smart robot vacuum cleaner with mopping functionality, this is the one-stop solution. You won’t regret it. It’s high quality, the app is amazing, everything is well made, and it does its job perfectly.

Firstly, the vacuum came really well packaged! It feels really well built and only took about 20 minutes for unpacking, putting it together, and having to run a quick software update for this beautiful piece of technology to be ready to use. After a few days of use, I can say this has been a big upgrade over my previous robot vacuums. With a dog in the house, the daily fur and paw prints are a constant battle, but this unit tackles both vacuuming and mopping really well. It took about an hour to handle two rooms, the kitchen, living room, dining room, and hallways, leaving the floors spotless. The self-emptying dock and mop-cleaning feature are a game changer; I don’t have to think about it much beyond draining the dirty water after a mop cycle. The only thing I’d change is the vacuum bags (since you’ll need to replace them), but it hasn’t filled one yet and seems manageable. After about an hour and 20 minutes of cleaning, it used about 40% of battery with both mopping and vacuuming, more than enough for most people’s homes. Overall, very happy with this purchase. Update: 10/10/2025 It’s been two weeks now and it’s working great. I generally let it run at night so no one’s walking around. I suggest emptying the dirty water tank after every use and letting it air dry before reinstalling. I’m impressed with how dirty the water is after running the vacuum / mop cycle. Or better yet, how well it does cleaning the floors. No issues so far and it has a cool feature where if it recognizes someone is in the room, it’ll go back at the end of the cleaning cycle.

This robot is truly amazing. It has blown away any expectations that I had. I started just wanting one to vacuum. Then found all the "good" ones did mopping also. Ended up just going for a good one to give it a good try, but I didnt expect much. Wow, was I wrong! This thing is excellent! It cleans my wood floors very well, and vacuums very well also. I have a shag carpet that is a PITA to vacuum, and this robot does it better than I do. I love all of the settings in the app, but they can be overwhelming at first. The fact that this robot maps my house by itself, autodetected all carpets, does VERY well at avoiding obstacles (I have two daughters who leave everything everywhere). I have it vacuum and mop in the middle of the night when I am sleeping, or when I am out at work. I come home to extremely clean floors every day. I cannot say enough! There were a few kinks to work out via settings in the app. Mainly for what I wanted it to do and understand how it worked. But now that it is dialed in, perfect! Only somewhat downside, the battery is a little small. I have a larger home as well but its not really a problem as between it cleaning at night or when im at work, plenty of time to clean, charge and continue with the job. I HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who hates doing their floors but wants them clean all the time.
