Purchased this Haritaki powder after running across some YouTube videos learning about the third-eye and also kundalini manifestation, and decided i wanted to give it a try. Boy am i glad that i did, i am a health-nut, i have learned over this past year that living healthy, through diet and nutrition + life-style is the single most important thing you can do for yourself, and this haritaki powder has literally taken my health to a whole new level, i can actually feel it. This stuff is really great, i have dabbled with many different herbs and foods, even super-foods as they are called by some, and this haritaki powder is certainly a super-food if there is such a thing. I have gone through several heavy detox-like stages with different herbs and foods, first it was Moringa, then it was with root-herbs like Dandelion, Burdock, stinging nettle leaf, Black Seed/B.S. Oil, Seaweeds like Kelp, Bladderwrack, Dulse, Irish Moss etc. I wasnt sure i would ever experience another detox-like effect through my digestion, but Haritaki proved me wrong - its happened once again, which is a great thing. If you can keep your digestion system clean and healthy then your chances of developing any type of dis-ease or sickness is very very low, at-least thats what many cultures around the world believe, and it makes a lot of sense. It's believed that dis-ease is first created through gut and digestion, it makes sense, this haritaki stuff not only will open your third eye up and also engage with the non-mechinal parts of the brain but it also sweeps the entire body, including the brain and pineal gland of toxins, heavy metals and other foreign crap that doesnt belong there. it is amazing! This particular brand was suggested by many of the youtubers and guru's i have learned and watched on youtube, as being a clean, organic, non-gmo and an powderd herb with no added fillers or binders of anykind - just straight ground haritaki powder without the seeds, all pulp. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a great, clean, and pure haritaki powder to supplement with. You want to start small with your dosage and work your way up to what makes you feel good and where you are comfortable as with any herb or supplement suggests, however i went right into it with a 5 gram dose - which is half of a tablespoon, then that same day, later in the evening towards night-time i took a whole tablespoons worth, which weighed 9.9 grams. No negative side-effects, in fact i felt great - and i now take two of these doses daily, 10 grams usually in the a.m. and then 10 grams in the night a few hours before bed. You will not be disapointed if you buy this stuff, it really is an herb/food you want to take everyday if you are serious about your health, even if its not for the third-eye awakening properties, or the fact it activates areas of the brain science doesnt even understand yet - this stuff is powerful for your health and can clean you of the bad stuff like nothing else i have ever tried. I have been taking this for 2 days at night and it really sends you to the rest room which is a sign of cleansing your body. I did see a video where someone suggested taking one teaspoon in the morning and one at night before bed so I’m going to try that method instead of two teaspoons at night. But it does give energy. I dozed off and woke up and realized I didn’t take it the 2nd night I took it. And was very tired before taking it and i was fully awake after that. I am awaiting the effects of it on awakening my 3rd eye because that is the initial reason of me purchasing it but it is great for my body so I’m happy with those results so far. It does have a very bitter taste going down but i notice if i sip water from a different cup after taking a gulp of it it has a sweet after taste so i take it that way now. I will definitely be ordering this brand again when it comes time to re order.

Excellent Product. The only problem was my first order had a broken seal. It was immediately replaced with a requirement to return flawed one, it would have cost me additional postage not worth the price of the product. The product immediately took effect when I soaked a half teaspoon in my mouth, brushed my gums and teeth for about 2 minutes, then swallowed it a little bit at a time - then drank a 1/2 cup of water without spitting anything out. Within 1/2 hour, I was in the bathroom... WoW I slept all night for the first time in a long time. The next day, I mixed a Teaspoon full in a 1/4 cup of water - mix up into a Paste. Then I added that to a glass of water and drank it all swirling it around in my mouth before swallowing it. This was not so cool, my mouth got tight and the taste was driving me crazy. The day, my pee was dark brown. I knew that it was Cleansing my bladder. From that time on, my Energy has been super high. I also used it on my face and hair with a little castor oil and within days - all my friends were telling me how young and good I looked. Yep, I’m stocking up on this product.

I have prepared a spoonful (as much as I can tolerate at once) of haritaki powder ready to go over the kitchen sink. Take a few good restful intakes of water with an EMPHASIS to HYDRATE THE BACK OF THE THROAT/ESOPHAGUS THOROUGHLY. (Drink a little water with the head tilted back.) Next, with a closed throat, fill mouth with water, tilt head back. I drop the haritaki powder into the back of the mouth on top of the water, then swallow with as much water and as little air as possible. I do this whole process with reverence and consume as gracefully as possible. Some days are better than others in terms of my reaction in getting down. I am sure it would be a spectacle for someone to see. I however my reaction, I know it is good for me. Again, I do this over the sink. I exsponge excess and follow up with clean drinking water. I take this before yoga and it really increases my motivation, focus, stamina, and breath. It increases my metabolism dramatically. Excellent detox, great for energy, skin, blood, oxygen, lungs, breathing, and weight loss. Lose parasites by eliminating mucous and toxic things which cause mucous. Clean up, Lean up, and lighten up and this raises my frequency. Haritaki helps me keep good discipline. Do not accidentally inhale this product while performing this task. Haritaki may stain fabric and some surfaces.

Definitely feel better using this product. Taste is not the best, but benefits outweigh the taste

This product is strong I took a full teaspoon of this mixed with pineapple to dull the bitter taste. I tell you what mixed it with hot water and took it in the morning. This thing had me sweating and gave me a lot of energy. I feel like I’m processing things faster and more cognitive at work. Excellent product

Not only is it Organic, it is of a very fine consistency so that it dissolves well in water and is very easy to take. Haritaki is considered in Ayurvedic Medicine as the “King of Herbs,” and although it is actually a fruit, I can attest to the magic of this amazing plant.
