Taste was terrible. I typically like mango, but I think the combination with it also being an electrolyte and it having more of a salty taste just does not go well together.

I workout quite a bit, and I use this powder in my “during” drink every time I hit the gym. It helps my muscles to recover much fast that if I just drank another common electrolyte drink (G), and since I’ve started with this stuff, I have not been so detrimentally sore that I couldn’t make it in the next day. It also tastes really good. Great stuff!
