A multi functional GPS smartwatch that syncs easily with your smartphone. Excellent battery life if simply being used as a watch (lasts for a couple of weeks). The battery will run down much more quickly if the GPS tracking or navigation function is being used but is still decent. The GPS can be set to give OS map references and is extremely accurate. I have used it to navigate trails preloaded by way of GPX file and it performed admirably. It is waterproof and as a result I now know the effect of ice bath plunging on my heart rate. It isn't as good looking as other Garmin watches but then it isn't nearly as expensive. These observations are based on four months of usage.

Great quality watch. Long battery life. Lots of features easy to set up and use. Bought on a Black Friday deal so it was excellent value for money at the time. The wife loves it.

45mm was the right size for me - doesn’t feel too large 90% of the time. Notice it sleeping if wearing it for sleep tracking. The user interface is basic but functional. I used it to follow a 30mile gpx route off road which I transferred from OS maps website to garmin web app and it synced easily to watch. The gps is pretty accurate and the battery lasts ages - over the space of a week I tracked five mtb bike rides over 70 miles and it still had plenty charge. The basic screen and UI is the trade off for great battery life and I bought this for multi day bikepacking so perfect for me Heart rate and blood oxygen is good. Sleep tracking is a bit hit and miss but still useful to see. Watch strap is comfy on wrist though I might get a canvas strap at some point as an alternative. Training advice and target setting has been more helpful than I anticipated but I expect after six weeks some of the novelty might wear off - will update if I remember If I bought again I’d be tempted with the solar, and I’d be tempted with a better screen but I keep coming back to battery life being the main reason I chose it and it does everything I need it to.

Loving it, only half way through the 90 page manual, but plenty to get in with for basic functions

If you are anything other than an infant you will need to buy a man's size watch strap. Pathetic sizing, an adventure watch you cannot even fasten. Money making ploy from Garmin selling £5 watch straps for £30+. This watch will never see another GarminStrap. In fact two things stopped me returning the watch out of hand, firstly I'm away and won't be able to return it in time and secondly I managed to get it for approx 60% of RRP, otherwise Garmin it would be back to you.

Gute lesbare (auch für ältere Leute 😉) Uhr, die nach Uhr aussieht. Hat viele brauchbare Funktionen z.b. Temperatur, Höhenmeter, Schritte, natürlich Zeit und Datum, empfängt Nachrichten, lange Akkulaufzeit (mind. 10 Tage). Schlaf Überwachung, zählt Stockwerke... Display ist schwarz weiß. Insgesamt sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhält is. Mein Mann hat eine Freude mit seinem Geburtstagsgeschenk.
