These are all US women’s sizes. My wife ordered a sz8, she normally wears a sz8 & they fit her perfect.

Q: My wife has big calfs...my boots wont fit her, will these boots work for bigger calfed women?

If she’s going to wear shin guards, they will most likely be too tight.

Q: Are these neon pink or light pink?

Bright neon. I dont think it's that bad when they're on.
