Great texture
This is so unique and natural, I love the texture, it's small peanut grit in the mix, it makes the best fudge, sandwiches, caramel, everything. Because of the texture the oil don't seperate as much so I don't have to put it int he fridge to harden. happy customer.

Solving the runny peanut butter problem
If you want a thicker consistency in this peanut butter simply let it set overnight and drain off the risen oil to achieve the desired thickness and then refrigerate. I sometimes add salt free organic butter and that also helps. I thoroughly mix and refrigerate. Never has it separated after it is chilled with either method.

Just one ingredient!
I love this product. No salt. No sugar. Delicious. I will be buying again and again. Keep in mind you need to mix it because the oils separate fromt the solid. But overall a great product

This Ain’t Your Grandma’s Peanut Butter; It’s Sloppy!
Whole Foods Market has long offered organic peanut butter with a single ingredient–peanuts. Because it is not homogenized, the peanut oil separates and floats on top. I dealt with it by emptying the oil and the hard peanut butter below it into a bowl, then slowly stirring it all together. Once the mixture was smooth, I returned it the bottle and kept it in the refrigerator, ready for use.Maxim: New and Improved May be New But It Is Seldom Improved.Today’s Whole Foods Market doesn’t announce New and Improved. It just gives quiet new instructions, basically, every time you use it, “grab a knife and ‘em (the oils) back into the nutty goodness.” That will result in a knife covered with very sloppy peanut butter, maybe several inches of it. It matters when you want to put peanut butter onto an unconfined area like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. No surprise that the peanut butter runs out of the sandwich. Even if you keeps the jar in the refrigerator, which is only suggested. The previous formulation was firm enough that if the jar tipped over or even fell on the floor, the peanut butter in it stayed put. This new peanut butter would pour our like any other liquid. Why? It is all related to the ratio of peanut solids to peanut oil. In an effort to make a product easier to use, I find the product much harder to use. Perhaps Whole Foods Market would consider creating SKUs for each formulation. I would like to go back to stirring my peanut butter once, when I originally open the jar.
