Q: Hi guy's . i am assuming a Ronson butane refill bottle would fit this ? The refill part of the torch looks deep so i suppose i may need an extension

Hello, yes,a Ronson can fits the torch ,and you don't need an extension.

Q: How to know that i refill the right amount of gas? this is my first time using a blow torch, i'm a bit clueless. haha.

Just keep pressing the gas can to the inlet until it can't take anymore, simples

Q: How long can it be used or left on lock without damaging it

I'm using mine for making copper jewellery and enamelling so it can be on for 2 or 3 mins at a time. It's very sturdy and robust - I can highly recommend it.

Q: Has anyone used this for heat shrink tubing?

You could get by with something half the price, mind.
