I don’t go anywhere without nux vomica. It has literally saved me more than once when I’ve experienced nausea. I’ve literally popped these yummy pellets, and to my amazement my nausea has subsided within a minute or less… no lie. For instance, one time I was getting car sick, so I popped some pellets for that, and it worked. I’ve also had the same luck when I’ve just felt nauseous for whatever reason. I try to make sure I never run out of nux vomica, because I want it handy at a moments notice if I experience nausea.

I use this when I start feeling grumpy and wanting to lash out for no reason. It really does neutralize my mental state!
