Sous Vide Container for Cooking - Polycarbonate Square Food Storage container - Works With All Sous Vide Strong High Temperature Tolerance

We've been playing with our sous vide cooker for about a year now, but we'd always had a space issue when it came to cooking. We'd been using a large cooking pot for sous vide but it was hard to keep steaks or chicken breasts from coming into contact with the sous vide device. It was also hard to cook for more than two people at a time. This container is perfect for larger batch cooking. We just used this to cook a steak dinner for 6 and had no issues with space! I would recommend also purchasing some sort of rack to keep steaks or chicken in place. The only thing I wish this had was a lid, but for shorter cooks it works fine without a lid (not much time to lose too much water to evaporation). This is also great because we used to stick the pot on the stove and sous vide. Now, we don't lose a burner when we sous vide, we just stick this container in the sink and get on with cooking!
