In my personal experience this tea has to be brewed in hot water for at least 5 minutes to fully extract the essence. The flavor is refreshing and soothing, an excellent beverage to take during a stress break. A good source of the substance mangiferin, found in mangoes which, according to preliminary laboratory research, has very potent antioxidant activities beneficial for diabetics, and other health issues related to oxidative stress. Not yet fully developed as a future therapeutic agent, not recommending as a treatment, but I am willing to try to see if there are any real benefits to my overall health.

This is great Mango tea. It helps keep glucose levels down pretty good and does not taste bad. I mix with other tea or add sweetener. No complaints at all.

Well, we are used to making tea with large leaves. I bought this product to try it out. It comes ready to make a cup of tea with boiled water. On one hand, I find it beneficial because I don't like filling jugs with contents to store them for later. But I think it's good.

The taste of this tea is mild and helps with the health of your panquris.

I used this product to lower my blood pressure and after a 2week test of monitoring I noticed a huge change. For some reason my bowels had a earthy smell and made be regular. No complaints it did its job. No bad taste I added a lil honey at times.

I bought this because my research shows Mango leaves can reverse diabetes. So I bought these for my life partner in an attempt to reverse his diabetes, but he tried it once, then wouldn't drink it anymore
