It took me about 2 days to put it together, just went carefully through the directions, but got it done. It works great and I have had no issues. I use the set and exercise every day after work. I love being able to just go down to the basement and get a quick workout in without leaving the house. Now I exercise everyday rather then only 3 times a week if I make it to the gym. I can be creative with the set and do different exercises for each muscle. This set hits every muscle group, it is all you need. Highly recommend. Good price and good quality.

Its a solid piece of equipment. It came in five huge heavy boxes, a million little parts and it took 2 days for my husband and son to put it together but its worth it. You need tools to put it together and a drill too.

Amazing machine. Takes a while to assemble but is an enjoyable process with great step by step instructions. I’ve had this equipment in my garage for a few months, we use it daily and it works great. Highly suggest to oil the pulleys when assembling and every 3 mths for best performance.

Amazing. Does it have its flaws, yes. It’s not super study, but for me it works perfect for a garage gym and the 5 am lifts that you have to do once you have little ones whose sleep schedule is intermittent at best. Would repurchase. Love the product. Just for reference, 6’0 215. Avid gym goer prior to having a little one One piece of advice, watch the YouTube video about the installation. Lifesaver.

Butterfly & chest press arm broke after 8 months of use. Hopefully i can find a replacement part for it. Otherwise been a good machine. UPDATE: GMWD SENT ME A NEW PART.

A good overall workout machine. Cons: 1. The built in weights max out at 120lbs. 2. The cables are not long enough, so the weights hit the top of the guide. When this happens you need to rethink how to perform the exercise. 3. The weights lean a little to one side when using. If you watch the videos on this product you will see what i'm talking about. Note: This "does not" affect the operation. "Customer service takes a day or 2, but is very good."

Great home gym, very stride, setting up does take time and patience so don’t rush it. Many different exercises you can do to help build or maintain muscle.
