I recently purchased this mixer and I’m really impressed with its performance. The product quality is excellent, and it works very smoothly. Whether it’s grinding or blending, everything gets done quickly and efficiently without any issues. The motor is quite powerful, so even tough ingredients are easily handled. It also produces comparatively less noise, which makes it perfect for daily use. One of the best things about this product is the customer service. The response is quick, and the support team is very helpful. Even if there is any issue, they resolve it promptly. Overall, this mixer is definitely a value-for-money product. I would highly recommend it 👍

This is the worst product I have ever seen. I bought this after seeing 4star review. It got delivered on the same day as mentioned but product quality was very bad almost like a cotton box. Plug wire also very short I never seen such short wire in mixer grinder. First impressions was very bad. When I used to test it, speed 1 it was working good. I increased to max speed to check wheather it's making noise or not. It got compleletly stopped. I tried the bottom button to fix it. It did not work at all. This is not only cotton box type plastic material, inside motor also very very poor. It stopped working on the day 1 I purchased. I called to amazon customer care they spoke very polite and arranged for return I was really happy then. But its been 1 week over still return pick up was not made from Amazon. This is my experience after buying this product. Pls don't buy this product.

I am beyond frustrated with this purchase. I bought the Cadlec JarGenie 750 Watt Mixer Grinder back in September 2025, expecting a durable, high-power machine. For the first few months, it performed decently, but it didn’t even make it to the six-month mark. By March, the unit completely stopped working. Here is the real kicker: this product is advertised with a 2-year warranty, but good luck trying to actually use it. When the motor died, I went looking for support, only to find myself in a loop of dead ends. Amazon Support: No help. Since the return window is closed, they provide no clear path to reach the manufacturer. The Seller: Completely unresponsive. There are no contact options or service center details available to honor the "guarantee." It is incredibly misleading to slap a "2-year warranty" on a product description when there is absolutely no infrastructure to support it. I specifically chose this model for the peace of mind that a warranty provides, but now I’m stuck with a 750W paperweight and no way to get it fixed or replaced. Bottom line: If you’re looking for a reliable mixer grinder with actual customer service, stay away from this one. It’s a waste of money if it breaks—and based on my experience, it will.
