Bought as a present and does what is says on the box

Light goes green but no steam. Useless.

It's ok but not as good as I'd hoped. It's not great at cutting through grease for example.

Does the job but I expected a bit more pressure to the steam. After doing initial review used yesterday or tried to and no steam. Red light button comes on ….no steam. Rate this item 2 star. I have only used it twice.
