Pole pruner/chainsaw combo
What a good product! Bought this after I fell off the ladder and really pleased with the performance. Easy to use right out of the box (charge battery before using). Very simple operation, clean cut, and fits other similar batteries I have.

Not a scam - Very cool tool!
While I was told I would regret purchasing this because it was probably a scam, I love this tool! It's very handy, especially for an overgrown yard as it can extend to reach the higher up branches. Once I got the hang of the chainsaw I was on a roll! I suppose it could possibly be a little stronger and easier to control once you extend it to max capacity - but that's to be expected. I'm happy with my purchase.

Works great!
At this price, my expectations were not high, but the first use, and every use since--maybe 20 hours in the last month--was wonderful. We've used the pruners for cutting twigs to 1-inch oak branches, and, with a little care, nearly 2-inch branches, plus palm fronds and very-hard bamboo. On the pole these have worked for trimming higher branches, although without the reach of our extendable loppers, and are especially helpful in reaching in to thin armored palms and bougainvillea. Biggest advantage for us has been routine pruning of shrubs that we usually trim with a hedge trimmer because it's so much faster and easier than our (very good) pruners/secateurs; with this tool we can trim the individual branches without cutting the leaves to give a much better look than the hedge trimmer does. It takes a little more time than the hedge trimmer, but it's well worth it. MOST IMPORTANT: make sure you can see the jaw/blade AND all ten fingers whenever using this: I suspect it would be a clean cut if one had a finger in the jaw when the blade was activated. Chain saw easily cuts 6-inch branches, the largest we've tried--not as fast, but more convenient than the 14-inch Echo that we used to use for everything. We like the weight of the smaller batteries, but had thought we'd need a couple of extras to get through a day; haven't yet drained even one of the batteries, but probably haven't used it for more than two or three hours in any day, and we plug in all our batteries every night. Instructions were not as clear as I would like, but we figured it our without too much trouble. We've bought extra chains, as we have for all our chain saws, but haven't needed them yet.

Chain saw need oil? Like it!
One day in I really like it. Does the chainsaw chain need oil? Where does the oil go? I’ve never had a saw that didn’t need oil and do not see where the oil goes in this one?

Power to Pruner attached wouldn't work
Cheap made batteries, hard to get off and on, wouldn't work on pruner when attached to pole and when pole was extended, just a bad product made in china!!
