There is everything to love about the taste of these pancakes! Perfectly soft and pillowy and delicious. The whole family loves these! And don't get me started on how easy they are to make - just need a few minutes. We always feel really good eating Bob's Red Mill products as their ingredients are top notch and such a good bang for your buck.

I'm all in for organic anything. But it was a small bag for the price. The bag looked a little beat up. I just wish that if a vendor is selling something organic, that they went the extra step with the packaging. I don't like plastic bags. This is a somewhat hard plastic bag. I'm concerned about microplastics rubbing off during handling.

My husband loves to make pancakes, but needs an easy mix. We like Bob's Red Mill, especially for its simple and wholesome ingredients. Price is comparable to other mixes with healthy ingredients. Good taste too.
