Cize Hold Your Own DVD Workout

Not worth $39.00 at all. Only 14 minutes long and the one dance he teaches is only like four steps and not even that fun

Waste of money! I love cize and Shaun T and the original Cize programme but when I received this I didn't even open it because I saw the runtime was 15 minutes. That's more than £1 a minute of the price paid for this DVD lol. I was fooled into thinking this DVD includes the two new routines, one to 'wild' by Jessie J and one by RichGirl but this IS NOT THE CASE. Amazon needs to update the description os this product. The actual DVDs with those routines are the weight loss ones, with a white design to the cover.To be fair, I arranged a return of this straight away and had my money back in my account 48 hours after receiving the DVD. So nice work Amazon.

I love dancing. Cize therefore is much fun. I have bought the complete set of Cize DVD's and this one is the advanced in the series. Therefore I have to work my way up to it. Rest assured that it will push my fitness - cardio - levels, challenge my agility, and all to groovy music. I love Shaun T.
