Good quality protein. थोड़े से झाग होते हैं पर उससे कोई फर्क नहीं पड़ता सबसे अच्छी बात है कि इसमें फालतू फालतू की चीज मिक्स नहीं है इसलिए unflavered the best. Taste दूध जैसा ही है लगभग।

Best raw whey . No foam no bad smell. Mix well. Taste good and fresh. Light in texture and stomach. Much better than other raw whey brands

While the Protein does its job but the tastes is something I wouldn't buy this for. I am really struggling to finish this and would recommend to buy a flavoured variant instead of unflavoured. It also has an aftertaste which was difficult to deal with initially and sometimes I also felt like throwing up. Either have it was flavoured creatine, with oatmeal or mix it with any smoothie.

Instead of good value of brand it gives sugar spike to me i tried 2 days both days it gives sugat spike in Diabetes don't know why. So discounted taking & drop idea of taking extra protein don't expect such bad result money waste ho gaya.
