What can be said about this bug zapper....it’s pretty amazing actually. It’s small yes but is quiet. It’s not like those big loud buzzing ones and it actually keeps the mosquitos away for the most part. It don’t get them all but it gets it fair share. We keep the zapper in the garage cause we get company over and we hang out there. I don’t know how many it has killed but the Cather is full every night and there are some on the ground dead as well..

We went camping last weekend and as soon as we got out of car bugs were everywhere! First thing I did was get the zapper set up. They disappeared dramatically! Thank you! Made our camping experience better.

This zapper was a lot smaller than I imagined but it works great. I hung it off of my back portch and left it on all night and in the morning it was COVERED in dead bugs. The best part is that it doesn't make the annoying zapping sound.

So I bought this device in order to reduce/prevent the number of mosquito bites to my young children. Even when I was purchasing, i had the ongoing concern that it would not be child friendly. After receiving the zapper, I found it was incredibly child friendly. Note the second picture in this review: I attempted to see if my 6 year old child's fingers could slip through the zappers outer protective shell and to my pleasant surprise, the gap was not wide enough thus protecting my kids from the dangerous parts of the zapper. Highly recommend!

I'm not sure if mine is defective after reading the reviews but this bug zapper doesn't work well at all for me.... I just want to be able to sit on my deck in the evening without being swarmed my mosques or flies.... Super disappointed but maybe my expectations where too high :/**Edited to add that the company has reached out to me about the item and hopefully the issues can be resolved.

I purchased this because of some flies in my house, now they are camping around it and having cook outs, I am not happy with this light, there's fly clubs opening around this light now. looks good though.UPDATE:burned out already over a month ago. trashed it, will NOT get another one

I put this bug zapper in my kids' room at night. They think it's just a purple night-light. I guess it did a good job of keeping the mosquitoes away. I don't see any bugs at the bottom collection box, but my kids haven't got a single bite after I started using it which is about a week ago. I would say it's nice for this price. I also like the design that kids can't stick their fingers inside.

Great zapper . I have a lot of gnats from my indoor plants and this zapper has killed a bunch them. I turn it on a night with all the lights off, the blue light will attract the bugs and insects. The wires around the blue light will zap them as the make contact. Definitely see an improvement of the gnat situation in my house
