I gave this olive oil a try, which is imported from Italy. It is all extra virgin olive oil, which isn’t common due to many being mixed with “refined olive oil/oils”. It has the authentic taste and aroma of the olive oils you’d experience at a high class Italian restaurant. Simply superb.

I love the flavor profile of this olive oil, it is mild and nutty, a little bit of artichoke. It's good quality and fresh and we buy it a lot. I will say that some of the reviewers who say this is bad quality because of the taste are just confused about olive oil - some types of olive oil ARE smack-you-in-the-face peppery, some are not. There are so many different types olives that can be pressed into oil, sometimes an oil is a blend of varietals, but anyways, the point is - it's not bad olive oil just because they are used to one particular "olive oil" taste. I actually don't like peppery olive oil, but I would never rate an olive oil as low quality or suggest to "try organic" because of that. I have tried organic, I have tried fresh, I've literally been in olive mills all around Provence in early November when the farmers take the olives from their trees and arrive at the mills with truck loads of olives to be freshly pressed into oil for their own private use, not for sale, and tried day old, two day old freshly pressed oil. Different olives taste differently.

MY favorite EVOO!!!🙋🏼♀️❤️👌 AND THIS WAS a bargain compared TO Walmart prices per ounce!!!👍 ONLY oil I use, for EVERYTHING!!!❤️ TOTALLY WORTH the price but I'd buy smaller quantity if you DON'T/CAN'T USE it UP. As they'll get stale or even rancid after prolonged storage!! But I highly, HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you use a lot of olive oil often!!! 👌❤️👍 BEST tasting, imho!!!🙋🏼♀️❤️🤤🤤🤤

I’m really happy with this olive oil purchase. It may be more than I needed but it lasts and is great quality. Not disappointed.
