Please be aware that these appear designed for the Russian/European market (Russian packaging and I srrts). Though they were within the expiration date, the strips gave widely varying and grossly inaccurate readings (I recalibrated the machine and used fresh strips purchased at the pharmacy to compare). Will not buy again.

I have used glucose meter strips for long time. These have exactly the same performance as the ones bought at a pharmacy. Since you are measuring from a finger's blood vessel, dont expect to have the same reading every time. For that, you have to go to the lab. I would say these are accurate +/- 10 mg/dL which is pretty decent for daily control.
