Best Phosphate Remover
Best phosphate remover I’ve ever used. I used a garden pump sprayer, while the filter was running, to spread it evenly over the surface of our salt water pool. We had so much phosphate the pool stayed cloudy for almost 3 days after application. Now the pool stays clear, no algae and it’s easier to keep the proper chlorine level. Use this once a year and your pool will be great.

Good product
Good product. Works as stared. Worked so well, it lowered my pressure on D.E. filter. Disassembled filter and cleaned it. Pressure back to normal. Next up vacuum pool Price is debatable for only a quart.I am satisfied with product performance

Best phosphate killer period
I have had an ongoing problem with black algae for years now. Algae eats phosphates so, if you can get rid of your phosphates, you have solved your problem. Last year, I had a phosphate level of over 2500 PPM and the only solution that I could find was a product called Phos-Free from Leslie's. It was expensive and it required that you clean your filter before application to the pool, then let the filter run for 48 straight hours, and then clean the filter AGAIN, which was a giant hassle to say the least, as I have a cartridge filter that takes 45 minutes to clean in the blazing sun. This got my phosphates down to around 800 PPM, which somewhat mitigated the problem without completely solving it. (Note: I really like Leslie's and appreciate that they have a store near me with water testing and I will continue to buy all of my other chemicals and tabs from them, which are great.) I just didn't want to deal with the Phos-Free process this year and tried Orenda out of laziness/desperation. It really works like magic. I poured 4 ounces in my 16,000 gallon pool and the water immediately clouded and stayed that way for an hour or so. I use it in conjunction with Leslie's Perfect weekly now. I have poured in 4 ounces three times so far this summer. My last phosphate level was 85 PPM. No black algae. Fantastic product!

Effective
This works very well for phosphate removal. My spa was measuring over 2500 ppb of phosphates; the first dose of this reduced phosphates to around 300 ppb, and a second dose reduced them to near-zero. Given that this is concentrated, and I'm using it in a spa, this bottle will last a very long time and so is a good value. The bottle did leak just a little in shipping, not much, but the seller should use some of that cap grip tape to prevent loosening/leaking in transit. However, it was only a very small amount that actually leaked.

Works like a champ
Turns the pool water a milking white color for a day or so but once it clears up its a lot easier to control the algae. I have found a lot less need to buy a lot of the other chemicals the pool supply store wants to sell you. The overall chlorine use is lower. Maybe if the water in your area is different there maybe a need for other additives but in my area that's not the case.

Works at least as well as advertised.
This product works at least as well as described. The label gives ranges for dosing and the amount of phosphate removed. My experience is that it removes the top end of the range. For example, 4 ounces per 10,000 gallons should remove 500-1000 ppb of phosphate. I found it removed 1000 ppb. The label says you will need to backwash the filter, and you will. Great product which is easy to use.

Lowers Phosphates effectively!
My phosphate level was at about 1,000 in my 20,000+ gallon pool so I bought this and added 16 oz thinking I’d probably have to add a second treatment but after a couple days of running filter and vacuuming all the phosphates that settle at bottom of pool after treatment, I checked levels again and it was down to 250! Highly recommend this if you have high phosphates in your pool, it definitely works!
