Could bake using this flour in place of my regular flour for friends that need Gluten free. The pastries retain their original flavors...cookies, crisps, etc.

Gluten free, but may not good for all celiacs
I'm sure these actually are truly gluten free. However, My doctor told me that I may wish to stop eating any type of oatmeal, as the protein in oatmeal is similar to gluten, and can cause stomach issues (which I was having big time). I stopped eating this gluten free oatmeal, and I had an amazing improvement in my condition. Night and day improvement. So, a great product but celiacs should be careful.
