Works well to manage restless legs, and helps with sleep
It is pretty easy to swallow. Maybe some people will find it large. I don't. It does very much help with restless legs. Helps a bit with sleep. It does have a mild laxative effect, which works for me.

After doing a lot of research on the importance of magnesium, and then doing more homework on the best type to use, I selected this product, and I am quite happy with it. I was having problems, with headaches, they got so bad, they would actually wake me up. I wont go so far as to say there were miracles, but I began to take this product, and stayed consistent with it. A lot of products state that you need to get this in your system, stock the shelves so to speak, but after awhile the headaches began to get better, and now they are gone. This company makes a good product as far as I am concerned, it is a capsule not a hard tablet, so it goes down easier. I will continue to use this product, do not want to take a chance of getting the headaches back.
