Like a Cherry Soda That Went to Finishing School
I wasn't sure what to expect from the Cherry San Pellegrino CIAO!, but after one can I was hooked. It has a delicious cherry flavor that's refreshing and crisp without tasting overly sweet or artificial. Think cherry soda's sophisticated cousin, the one that studied abroad in Italy and came back with better manners. The bubbles are light and pleasant, the flavor is just right, and I love that it's low calorie with no added sugar. It's sweet enough to feel like a treat but doesn't leave you with that sugary "what have I done?" feeling afterward. I've been enjoying these on hot afternoons, with lunch, and occasionally while hiding from household chores. Somehow a cold can of cherry sparkling water makes folding laundry feel slightly more glamorous. The 24-pack disappeared much faster than I expected, thanks to family members who suddenly became "taste testers." If you're looking for a refreshing summer drink with great flavor and none of the sugar overload, this one is definitely worth trying. Refreshing taste, great treat
We decided to try two flavors of Sanpellegrino sparkling water, cherry and blood orange. These are refreshing, not sweet. They are great to encourage drinking more water. The cans are small. The cherry flavor isn't strong, so not syrupy like cherry iced pops. The ingredients are fruit based, healthier than other brands. I'll be buying more.
