The Dark Is Descending: A Nytefall Novel (Nytefall Trilogy, 3)

As someone who reads a lot of fantasy, I’m used to that final stretch being a whirlwind of emotion, big reveals, and high stakes moments. Even with that in mind, I still felt completely unprepared for how this story wrapped up. I read this in two days, and my final reading session alone was several hours long because I just couldn’t stop. I like to keep things spoiler free, but I will say I was both dreading and desperate to reach the end. It put me through it, no question. But by the time I turned the last page, I felt satisfied with where everything landed. I didn't walk away without scars, but I think they were worth it.

The story line is very good and enjoyable to read. The plot of the entire Trilogy is engaging and kept me interested. I found the writing style difficult to read. I read a lot of books, romance, mystery, biography and others, but this series tripped me up at times while I was reading. I found myself having to re-read parts for comprehension.

The Dark is Descending, is the third book in the Nytefall series and I was hooked from page one in book one all the way to the final page in this book. It took me a week straight to get through all three books, but totally worth it. It was intense at times and extremely heart wrenching at others and then it was like oh my goodness "I really need sleep" at looking at the the clock it's 4 am and you have to be up at oh crap 4:30 am well there went another night... lol. Maybe I can take a nap later. Just hide the book. 🤣 It was that good. I totally recommend. The whole series. Enjoy

Beautiful Book.. however it was slightly damaged and that breaks my book heart ..

I read all trilogy's together as that what I do being a series reader. I will wait until I have all of a series before beginning even if it has 30 books. This book was spot on. Not disappointing at all. It brought heartfelt emotions such as tears and happiness to me while reading this. Better than I expected after reading Book 2. It was an AWESOME story line. It kept you in suspense with what was happening as you read each chapter. I was impressed with this book and would recommend it. Loved the Darkness and Light♥

The book content is subjective so while I love it... You do you. I have all the collectors editions, ordered this and as lame as some people may think it is, I was so disappointed the dust jacket is all bent up. The other 2 are perfect, this one someone didn't pack right or it got thrown around too much, idk, but that's the only reason it's lacking a star. This series is amazing so... Not much else to say lol

This set just keeps getting better! This beautiful! Even prettier than the ones before it. Fantastic addition to my collection. Haven't read it yet but I am looking forward to it.
