Would give 0 stars if I could, these were insanely thick which definitely makes you look massive, which isnt necessarily a good thing. They also would not stay stuck to my skin, wore them with my wedding dress on my wedding day and struggled the entire day readjusting my bust. Such a waste of money. If I hadn't worn them I'd return them and get my money back! Countless photos of my bust with a gap because of these inserts coming unstuck. My poor photographer has her work cut out for her retouching my photos. I also had many moments of feeling self conscious that I was going to have a nip slip or that the insert was showing due to the gap every movement I made.

I really like how easy these bra inserts are to use. The adhesive feels secure and helps keep them in place without constantly having to adjust them. They work well with dresses and tops where I don’t want regular bra straps or a traditional bra showing. These are horrible and do not stick to your skin or your clothes. It’s like a one or the other thing it sticks to your clothes or to your chest .not both I tried to make it work with 6 different shirts DO NOT BUY THIS or you will be disappointed!
