I tried several brands of Melatonin, but these work good. I take two. I use a sleep apnea machine. In addition, I am learn sleep preparation habits like no TV or screen. I also bought dark curtains from Amazon. Sleeping pills...no way.

I’ve been buying this same brand, the natrol all natural 10 mg melatonin for about three years now from Amazon I have Amazon subscription to where it is automatically delivered to me every three months. I used to take a 20 mg tablet up until my doctor told me that 10 mg is about all my body would absorb and anything more than that was probably just a waste, so I switched over to the 10 mg and I never felt a difference. I still fall asleep on my own after I take this with my other nighttime medication’s and wake up feeling very energized since I get a good nights sleep and I don’t feel any side effects from it like you would from a prescribed sleeping pill which are very addicting. The best thing about this all natural product is, you do not have any withdrawals or side effects from it’s use.

My dad has trouble sleeping and has tried a lot of different things over the years. This is the best option we’ve found so far. It doesn’t fix everything, but it usually gives him a couple hours of sleep, which is a big deal for him and makes a notable difference. Definitely worth trying if nothing else has worked.

Pros and cons with these. I ordered these release tablets by mistake instead of the chewable’s. I couldn’t send them back and I didn’t want them to go to waste so I thought I’d try them. I’ve been taken the chewables in this brand for years off and on and my body got used to them so I’ve increased the dosage over time. I usually take 20-25mg on most nights. Since starting to take the release kind, I take 1 because they’re 10mg, in addition to 10-15mg chewables. These definitely work at allowing me to fall asleep and stay asleep during the night. Just taking the other kind, there’s times I’d wake up a few times but not after combining the two kinds. However I do feel groggy the next day. I never felt like this before with chewables. I am allowing myself to sleep 6-9 hours so nothing has changed with that. I may take less chewables or stop them all together to see if it makes a difference. I’ll play around with my dosages and maybe the release is really what I needed all along. If so, then I’m happy I ordered these by mistake. Also, I’ll come back to update my review if there’s any changes.

Follow the instructions. Worked better than my prescribed meds with no side effects.

Great product, I've been using it for years. But they almost doubled the price!!! I bought it in August 2025 and it was $8.99.

Used this for 1 yr plus. Works great, use it every night but this the price recently doubled. I just bought it for $8.99 in August 2025 and now it’s $18 in December 2025! I am so confused. 🤔
