This tool works very well to remove the core of peppers. It’s very easy to use and clean. Sharp enough to pierce and core the pepper, but not so sharp that you can easily cut yourself.

I had no idea that coreing a green pepper could be so easy. I now can make perfect green pepper circles which look so cool when placed on a pizza or as an appetizer. It works so well!!

Wasn’t easy to use. You have to put a lot of pressure to push and turn on an apple. Haven’t used it on a pepper as yet.
