Great Product does the job on tracking sleep, heart rate, movement etc. Very easy to set up and get going. Would recommend for those that do not want to wear a smart watch.

I hesitated for a while before investing in this gadget. And I love my Gadgets! but after doing some homework on the competition, I decided to jump for it. First, the fit and metal colour are great, I couldn't be happier, the quality and durability is insane, i do everything with it, I rarely take it off. The connectivity to my Samsung Z Fold6 was flawless, no hiccups, plus, everything you open the app, it updates in no time. so great compatibility. Now, you need to give it time to gather data about you, of course... it will not happen overnight which is quite right, but the intel you get afterwards is great. Your body age, sleep quality, energy available, your stress, it is such a great little ring. it is a lot of money for such a small device but the value for money is worth it. I highly recommend it if you are curious and want to be nudge in the right direction for better health.

I love this ring, it does everything and more that you could ever want from a fitness tracker. It also works really well alongside your Apple Watch. I would highly recommend and it was sent to me within 24 hours.

Don’t waste your money!! I have had mine 4 months and the battery is draining fast!! A very expensive piece of crap in my opinion. You also have to pay a subscription which is ridiculous!! If you want to track your health get a watch. I got conned into getting this to take my temperature, the way it is going it won’t even work in a months time and I’ll have to fork out more money! You also have to buy ring covers every month because it gets scratched very easily and it just looks like an eyesore the covers don’t last very long either!

Really impressed, it's been tracking my sleep and helping manage my diet and exercise. It's comfortable and pretty stylish. The app is easy to use and doesn't bother me all the time with ads or useless notifications. It's very expensive and having to pay a subscription isn't the best but I think it's pretty good value for the technology in it. It was really easy to set up and hasn't had any connection drop outs or other issues. I'm a little concerned that the next ring will not be compatible with my current charger or case if I decide to get one. I hope it will be but the 3rd gen isn't compatible with 4th so that's something to know if you're buying in a few years and the 5th gen is due out. Hopefully I'm wrong and backwards and forwards compatibility won't be a problem. I like the idea of being able to give friends a discount link right from the app but it would be better if I got a month of my subscription free if they buy. I much prefer this form factor to a watch but you do give up easy heart rate monitoring so maybe a widget that can be pinned to a phone screen or even a small screen on the ring would be something cool to add in the future. Blood pressure monitoring would also really be a cool thing to add but that might not be possible. One other thing to keep in mind if you are buying is it really needs a lot of data to get the most out of it so for the first couple of weeks to a month it won't give you all the readings. In conclusion, I love it, I'm really pleased with the fit and the colour I chose. The app is great and I wish I'd had one years ago. Very happy customer.

Excellent product, but oh my lord does it scratch easily! I've had mine for a few weeks now and it's is absolutely covered in scratches!

It takes about 90 days for Oura to fully calibrate and understand your individual baseline, so the insights get better over time. Buying the sizing kit first is a MUST—you’ll want a good fit for accuracy and comfort. Tagging activities and meals is super simple (if you remember to do it). The Rest Mode is a thoughtful feature for days when you’re sick, in pain, or recovering, though I do wish stress tracking stayed active during this mode. Battery life is solid, syncing is quick, and the ring itself is lightweight and comfortable—even with sensory sensitivities. It also integrates beautifully with Clue for cycle tracking, which adds another layer of helpful data for me. If you're managing chronic illness, neurodivergence, or just want a deeper, more holistic view of your health, I can’t recommend the Oura Ring 4 enough. It’s not just about fitness—it’s about understanding your body, honoring your limits, and supporting your wellbeing.

Arrived fast and perfect. The ring is really comfortable and fit true to size of the sizing kit. Highly recommend if you prefer to track trends and overall data instead of hard numbers. The battery life is excellent and the setup is easy.

I didn't find this more accurate than my Samsung Galaxy smart watch. I had higher hopes. It looked nice. Pretty expensive for the same features as the watch.

Ich suchte eine Alternative zur Sportuhr / Smartwatch und wurde fündig. Der Ring macht nicht nur optisch etwas her, sondern liefert einem auch Daten über die eigene Gesundheit. Er ist ein guter Allrounder und macht einiges sichtbar, was man im Alltag doch gerne übergeht. Mit Hilfe des Ringes achte ich nun mehr auf Bewegung und Ruhezeiten. Die Auswertungen sind zudem hochinteressant. Ich kann den Ring jedem empfehlen der auf der Suche nach einem Gerät ist, welches den Fokus auf die Beobachtung der Gesundheit legt. Sollte der Schwerpunkt eher auf dem Sport liegen, würde ich zu einer Smartwatch tendieren.

I don't like wearing wrist watches, so having a smart ring is PERFECT for me! I love how durable it is, it's easy to clean, and the app that comes with it is GREAT! The tracking on this thing is flawless and it uses light sensors to track my vitals, so it doesn't even feel like a smart device, just a regular ring! It also charges very quickly, so if I'm using the bathroom or taking a shower at home, I just pop it on the charger for 10-15 minutes and it's good for a few days! I only do it daily just to establish a good routine, and I have forgotten before and let the battery get low, but still haven't had the power die on me yet! I can see it being an issue for lifting weights since it's coated in stainless still and a little bulky, but otherwise very comfortable for other forms of exercise! I can also see it being a problem because of the red and green light sensors at night, it might be disruptive to light sleepers in a dark room, but I just keep my hands under my blankets or pillows, and I sleep just fine! It doesn't light up all the time, just periodically throughout the night. If the tiny lights at night might bother you, you can probably put a thick sock or a glove over your hand at night to block the light. I'm personally not inconvenienced by it at night, and I like that I can't feel anything when it checks my vitals (heart rate, blood oxygen, temperature, just to name a few). I wound up subscribing to the app anually because I really liked how easy it was to set up and how thorough its analysis was for my overall health. UPDATE: Recently I noticed the ring was draining too fast between charges and I actually needed to charge it everyday! I reached out to customer service via the app, they asked a few questions, and shipped me another one immediately! It was refurbished, not brand new, but it works like new and I would never have known the difference if they didn't tell me! I keep the old one as a backup just in case since they said I don't need to send it back. I basically haven't stopped wearing the Oura ring since I put it on, and I've used it on long walks, swimming (fully submerged in water), and for general daily activities and it works great! I wash it with soap and water when I wash my hands and take it off to give it an.wxtra good wipe down before popping it on the charger or putting it back on!
