I recommend that you read the previous 4 books before taking this one on. I find it very interesting and humbling to be able to read in detail about the death and resurection of our Lord Jesus. The Apostles and his followers who were part of this event are brought to life with astonishing detail.. Their characters and behavor will help you understand the part they played in this drama. There are many subplots and intrigues leading up to the betrayal and cruxifiction. The religious enemies who are from the temple and the romans occupiers are also brought to bear with their motives in order to give the story it's color and suspense. This is not light hearted reading but for Christians who want to journey with the Blessed Virgin (who becomes much more involved at this point) and her Son our Lord through these tumultuous times, I do not believe you will find a better source of material that will explain and give greater meaning the the Bible.

The book arrived on time and well packaged. I am finishing up Volume 3 and love the story. This is a definite must read for all of those who want to know detailed truths about the Man-God, what His message is and all of the facts surrounding His amazing though very brief journey on this planet.

This is a must have series of books if you are at all interested in the life of Jesus. Not for the faint of heart as it contains the truth of His Love for mankind and what He went through for us. Great servce and shipping also.
