I was surprised at the flavor of this is quite good. I use it when I'm fasting to drink to keep me from feeling hungry or getting lightheaded. So it is perfect for somebody who is fasting.

Good product line

Great bone broth. I use it in soups and sauces. Sometimes I warm it up and sip it. I'm thinking about adding it to green tea as a savory morning ritual.....

Great value, great flavor I have this always around espedcially during the winter... quick cup to get warm. And after I get a whole chicken sometime, I boil the bones to make a broth, and have this to extend it deliciously.
