Q: what is difference between hd3000 nd hd300BE?

The BE is the black edition. The regular one is white. Otherwise they are the same macine

Q: Can this machine sew leather

That's why I bought it but I was disappointed. I got the Janome walking foot (they call it a quilting foot) to help feed the leather evenly, but it offers nowhere near the positive control of an actual walking foot leather machine. It will sew leather but don't expect attractive, regular stitching. It would be okay for a hidden seam.

Q: Can I get this package with all bonus bundles in white?

Not that I am aware of. Believe it came with bundle as white is a more popular choice. The black is fine though and was a better price plus getting additional accessories was a bonus
