it explains it in a very simple way but you need to really meditate on it and take the time to understand it , its a great source of information and tool for any one interested in knowing about Sufism, Islam or perhaps this can be a source to any non-Muslim as prayer and meditation is just a tool to communicate with a divine essence , i recommend it to anyone, service and delivery where great im very pleased thank you . love Amazon Prime!!!

I dont see what all the 5 stars are about.It seems to me to be more interpretive then actual things that work for prayer. One problem with this book is the theme seems to be more fanciful than what really one can do to get results.It seems more along the lines of prosperity teachings in some instances. That interpretive theme worked for the sufi intepretation of the quran written by author (due to quran tranlsation flexibility) but it doesnt work when looking for a more concrete foundation housed around prayer and dhikr.Im sorry to say I was bored and found myself skimming this book rolling my eyes at the audacity of some of the things claimed.

I truly understand what prayer is after reading this book. I must say now my prayers are much more developed and i noticed a difference in my life immediately. Ahmed Hulusi's work is truly a gift to the world please dont take his efforts lightly.
