I got these gummies as part of my dietary plan to improve my menopause symptoms. So far they have been helping a lot. Their main ingredient is probiotics which helps a lot with all symptoms of menopause in women. One of the struggles is stomach ache due to bloating and probiotics helps with digestion and inflammation in general. They are vegan, Non-GMO and sugar and gluten free. Really perfect to also control weight gain due to hormones unbalance. They are fortified with Vitamin C and Strawberry Extract besides the Bacillus (Probiotics). Pineapple flavor, taste and smell delicious!! Super good texture, not sticky or hard to chew. Great price, so I'll continue having them in my dietary plan to better my menopause symptoms. 10/10
