Way better than melatonin
Takes awhile to kick in but it works great and I sleep through the night. No grogginess in the morning either. Pills are bitter and chalky, but they're small and go down easy.

Gentle sleep-aid with no side effects that I noticed. Best taken as part of a winding down process before going tombed. The trick is to relax and let this little tablet do its work.

Hubby finally gets some sleep
My husband wanted something to help him sleep at night and almost bought another type of sleep medicine that is just benedryl (which he doesn't do well with, it doesn't make him sleepy at all). So I was helping do the research and found these, which are a different kind of medication so he gave it a try. He said it does pretty good 😁 it does help him fall asleep (not drastically, but gently) and he does stay asleep much better than before, which is what he really wanted. So big plus for us! Hubby is happy! He said the only thing that would make it better is if it would just plain knock him out 😆

Super efectivas y no adictivas. He probado de todo para poder dormir y estas son las unicas que me han ayudado, me gusta que al día siguiente se despierta uno sin esfuerzo (no queda uno todo adormecido o mareado como con otras que he probado) - lo recomiendo. Peso 50 kilos y con una es suficiente.
