I recently purchased these multivitamins and minerals because the other brand I have been using hasn't arrived and I didn't want to go without. I spent a long time looking at many of the options on amazon within my specified price range. I wanted something relatively low in price given it was going to fill a void until my usual brand arrived. I have to say that having been taking these for a few days now I am really impressed by what I have experienced to date. They are very easy to swallow being just over a centimetre long and just over half a centimetre wide. The other ones I'm taking are much bigger! The levels of ingredients within this multi are relatively low compared to other on the market. They don't have 100% of the nrv for some of the vitamins and minerals which I was slightly concerned about initially. I have been used to taking high potency vitamins but wanted to give a lower dose a go because I have been reading about how the body only needs small amounts to stay healthy. I will also get top up nutrients from my diet which is pretty healthy. Since taking this product I haven't noticed any drop in my energy levels and have been feeling really good. I'm now thinking that my usual product is too potent and am considering sticking with these instead. The product is free of a lot of the common allergens and also has a good selection of phytonutrients and amino acids which are a bonus. I would definitely recommend this product as a really good all rounder to keep your nutrient levels topped up on a daily basis without overwhelming your system.

Large tablets, fizzy drinks seem to make it easier to swallow this size of tablet. I tried the slow release version of this and prefer that, don't know if it really does make a difference but I feel slightly better on the slow release version (I have multiple sclerosis).
