Good price to get by, short lifespan
What more is there to say? $20 got me another 8 months with this dryer. We finally broke down and ordered a new washer and dryer but they won't be in til next month. Went ahead and purchased a second one of these to get by til then. If you want a cheap short lived fix, this is it. If you want it to last, go to your local appliance repair company and buy the genuine part.

Only 4 star on longevity because I just installed about a week ago l had replaced this part before and it lasted around 3 years so I'd say it's a good deal for the price assuming this one holds up as long as the last element ..install tip... don't unplug anything but the two wires on the front of the element remember which is the top an bottom wires and your install will go very smoothly without the hassle of pulling out the entire shroud and unplugging four extra wires an trying to remember where they go if your not very savvy with electrical parts make sure you unplug the unit from the outlet before working on it and be sure to remove all lint in the bottom of the drier due to its what causes it to burn out an can cause a fire if not vacuumed out an cleaned properly...hope this helps

Great replacement part
