Bought it to curb sugar cravings but good sleep has been the best effect of the saffron supplement! My husband and I had began to take different things at times to help with sleep in our 50s, but do not like taking unnecessary medication. I was trying the saffron when I realized I was sleeping very sound even though I am a light sleeper, and went back to sleep easier if I woke up during the night too. Then my husband tried it and it had the same effect with him. No morning grogginess either. I don't feel like we sleep more hours, just better sleep and feel rested when we get up. It is natural, just a spice, so can't hurt to try! The taste is good and we take at night about an hour before we are ready to go to sleep.

Holy cow, do I love this stuff! Absolutely amazing. Helps with sleep, clean energy and weight loss. It took about two weeks to start feeling naturally more energized. All of a sudden I wasn't craving energy from caffeine. I've been taking it for 2 months now and it's helped a lot with acne, weight loss, fibromyalgia discomfort, sleep, anxiety, and overall general health. At first it made me very tired but after a while it lost that affect. Now I just feel much healthier in general. My daughter has been taking it too. She has very bad menstrual cramps and it somewhat relieves them.

My son is 6 and very active. After much research before trying medications I came across the use of saffron, as a natural supplement, for hyperactivity and enhanced sleep, I noticed a big shift with this product in my child’s temperaments. I would highly recommend consulting a provider or notifying a provider on this use of this supplement. The plus side of this product is the taste, he really enjoys the taste making this easy to administer without the fight.

I could buy this by the gallon. It's an amazing product. I don't pay attention to the suggested serving size. I weigh 135 & put 4 droppers in cold spring water, along with the holy basil extract in the same amount. We will make it a good day!

Daughter likes the taste. Maybe saw a little more calmness than usual but didn't see a big difference in behavior improvement.

This Saffron supplement does exactly what it states it helps to “improve” your mood and gives a boost in my energy levels. It’s has a good taste not too sweet and when I don’t take it…I notice right away! I have taken it now for about two weeks and I will ordering again. It’s easy to take I just hold it under my tongue for 30 seconds as stated on the bottle. I would also like to say one of the reviews stated that the product “isn’t organic” the word “organic is in the BRAND name” the company hasn’t CLAIMED it to be organic there is a BIG difference. I’m grateful to have found this product it’s helps me immensely ❣️

Great product. Im glad I stumbled upon it. For me, on day 2, I noticed that I was no longer craving carbs or any kind of sweet. I wasn't reaching or looking for them and the whole morning will go by and I don't go looking for a mid morning snack. Actually, truth be told I wasn't eating much at all. I was still getting hungry at meal times, but h because of my schedule I just wasn't slowing down to eat much. I now am making sure to eat the recommended calories for my age and all that. I'm 51 and 149 lbs when I started taking it. I have gained about 20 lbs in the last 2 years from all my carb snacking, getting older, and my husband and I dining out a lot. I didn't start taking the supplement because of weight loss, I was more interested in most of the other benefits but I'm mentioning this one because it was the most obvious. I have used it for 2 weeks and when I weighed myself yesterday I was down to 145.6 lbs. However, my husband took my supplement instead of his (his Saffron is another brand and in capsule form) and he hadn't noticed the same effect but it was definitely a change in cravings for me. ** I will note that it comes with a dropper to measure out the dose (image) and you do have to be careful about how much you're measuring because the 88 mg is actually at the .7 mLmark and not the full 1.0 mL mark, which is what you get with a full dropper load- so I had been routinely taking about 100mg before noticing my error. I just assumed the dropper had been made for the supplement and that the full dose would be the 1.0**

I bought this hoping it would help with mood. I couldn't tell much of a difference. It may have helped calm a bit for a short time, but not the major impact I was hoping for. Taste and quality of the product was good. Dropper was easy to use. Nicely packaged. Probably wouldn't buy again.
