I have an awful case of tennis elbow and decided to try this out based on the positive reviews. I have to say this product has really met expectations. It's no miracle cure by any means but it does provide a proper amount of pressure, allowing me to continue lifting weights. There is still some pain and awareness of the injury while lifting but nothing like lifting without it. I forgot to bring it to the gym one day and lifted without the brace and definitely noticed the difference. The brace is stylish-looking, with a gray pattern woven into the black material but not loud or obnoxious. On occasion it might feel a bit snug on the upper arm but a slight adjustment does the trick. It's retained its elasticity as I wear it even to sleep for added protection. The fact that it comes with 2 is great, also. I can leave one in my gym bag and use one at home and always have that spare when needing to wash one of them. Overall: good fit (accurate per sizing chart), quality, breathable material, effective, and priced right.

The product is great. It provides the perfect amount of compression. I don’t feel any pain at all. Prior to getting this is was hard to finish my workouts, and the pain after was awful. Now I have no pain during workouts and none afterward. I used to use a copper sleeve prior to this. This is way better and provides way more support. It’s a bit tight to start off but it loosens to the perfect amount after a few days of use. I haven’t washed it yet but if anything bad happens I’ll be sure to update. The only thing I don’t love about it is the knit material feel, but it only bothered me the first time I put it on. What I actually love the most is it doesn’t slip down my arm. Which the other one did. Oh! Also this comes with a pack of 2. Which I actually didn’t remember seeing in the description but was so excited when I opened it.

Product functions very close to the given description. You will have full range of motion. This is a compression brace so it will not relieve all the pain but it does relieve it to a manageable level. It will bulge slightly inside of elbow when arm is bent but not bad. For the most part it does stay in place but at extended use will creep down a bit. I bought XL for 16" bicep so slight creeping is to be expected. Sizing seems to be accurate. It is snug but doesn't cut into arm. All things considered it is excellent quality and performance at a very reasonable cost. By the way the come as a pair

I got this on the hope that it would help with my tennis elbow (I don't play tennis) -- I do a lot of repetitive motions with a mouse and keyboard and I guess my arm finally had enough after 25years -- I looked up and found that compression sleeves like this one is supposed to help.. and I can tell you it does completely helps lesson the pain.. it won't go away completely obviously but I can tell a BIG difference when I'm wearing it and it feels MUCH better - totally recommend if you have this type of pain going on.. it's well made, easy to put on just make sure the tag stays flat as you pull it on and you move it into the right spot on your elbow

I'm 6'6" 265lbs with just over 15" sleeve measurement while relaxed and these fit but I don't think I could handle them being any tighter. As is, they're so rough and itchy I only wear them while lifting. I got these because I was starting to suffer from lifter's elbow while working my Tris, i.e. skull crushers and tricep pushups. These relieve the pain while lifting, but was unable to use them through the healing process. Compression is one of those subjective things, some prefer more than others. I typically don't have any I like due to my size. Considering everything on Amazon is for smaller sizes, if you're bigger these might be your last hope. They also broke in a little over the first week Still shopping for a comfortable all day sleeve.

I got this for tendinitis in my right arm, and the compression works well to reduce the pain and increase mobility. I originally ordered an XL based on the sizing, which fit, but I realized I needed much more compression, so I contacted their customer support about an exchange. They responded immediately and sent me a Large, which is perfect. Very happy with the product and the customer service! If you want more compression, definitely size down.

I chose this item for the subtle design as other products can be too colorful. I have had a 'tennis elbow' stress injury from hammering and the compression has been very helpful. It fits perfectly and doesn't slide around and you get two of them so that you can swap out, very convenient.

I have tendonitis in both elbows from years of drumming and computer work and needed something for support. I tried the strap-style for tennis elbow thinking it would be less obtrusive but I constantly pinch my skin between the strap and any desk I'm using. This led to searching for a new option. The PowerLix sleeves arrived quickly, well packaged and just as described. The XL size fits well (I'm 6'3" 300#) and they're easy to slip on. They keep my elbows supported, and warms the area by retaining some body heat. Works great for long hours at the keyboard, and sometimes I'll wear them to bed at night when my elbows are really acting up. Also comes in handy when I'm out shooting photography.

Mam problem z łokciem, a ta opaska bardzo się przydała. Świetnie wykonana, nie "zjeżdża" z ręki. Kupiłem wersję XL, rozmiar się zgadzał. Po pewnym czasie się rozciąga ale to normalne. Na razie wszystko jest ok.

仕事で肘が痛くなった時に使用してますが、肘にフィットして締付具合も良く重宝してます。 今の所、悪い所は無い感じです。
