This works great for your neck and upper back.
Man do I love this. Most all heating pad/massagers are only for the lower back and lumbar. That I don't have a problem with those areas. I need my neck and upper back. This works great. I can put it on and still do things as I can walk around with it. Easy to charge. I get a good massage on a single charge. Only suggestion on the product is if you can move the battery storage to outside the pad. Instead it is in a little pocket inside and a bit of a pain to get to while you are wearing it. Overall great product.

The battery doesn't last very long on vibrate, but i'm still giving this 5 stars for how well it works and the ability to just walk around and do kitchen & office stuff. Weighs about as much as half a cat and vibrates much better! lol Can shift the vibration up to hit the top of the shoulders or down to the shoulder blade/upper back area. Don't need the ties, it stays put just fine. And i haven't noticed any weird noises like a couple reviews said. Yes, it vibrates, but that's the point, right?

Great Alternative to Traditional Heating Pad
I get migraines and use a heating pad every night to help keep from getting them. The one I normally use is one you heat in the microwave. This is a great alternative for in the car or when you are somewhere you can’t easily access a microwave. I like that you can tie it around your waist so it stays in place, and the massage feature. I also like that it shuts off so you don’t have to worry about it staying on too long. The only reason for 4 stars is that it would be nice if it got hotter.

Amazing heat/massage for back /neck pain
I love this for my back/neck pain especially on long drives in the car. I’m able to use it while driving which is super handy. It lasts a long time and heat/massage feature is wonderful. The massage feature is gentle but soothing. Packed in its own zippered case makes it easy to transport when not in use.

What's up with the short-lived battery life?
I love the Vofuoti Heating pad. However, I wish there were options to get extra batteries. The battery is very short lived and ordering from the non-existing Vofuoti website is not an option. The link to buy extra battery ASIN: B09CPXFTCP option takes you to a non- existing web page. Too bad!
