This manual not only gives you the answers but also explains the mechanisms and asks you to think about what is going on before you read the answer. Which I like if your trying to learn and understand, not just copy the answers

The book was in very good shape! It even had the code unused inside the book. Very grateful.

Love that publishers change 1% of the material every few years to sell a new addition costing hundreds of dollars to be filled with careless errors in every chapter to make one of the most difficult undergraduate classes even more difficult as now I have to decide if the book is actually correct or made a mistake. Alas, we must do what we must do and having the book is better than nothing I suppose.As you can see in the picture a glaring error was made and the equation given should be Beff= Bext MINUS Bloc. Oh well better make a 3rd edition right?

Good book just wish it had an answer key

The practice problems are great but get ready Organic Chem is terribly overal.

Excellent textbook

This textbook was so helpful to me in both semesters of organic chemistry. It is the best textbook I have ever used. The practice problems are great and prepared me so well for my organic tests. That being said, I would highly recommend getting the solutions manual, too. I wish all of my textbooks were as helpful as this one has been.I was scared for organic chemistry, but this book made all the difference. I can't recommend it enough!
