4head Headache & Migraine Relief Stick - 3.6g by 4 Head

I use this for all types of headaches, especially sinus headaches. I use on my forehead, maxillary area, and under my nose. It really gives some relief to my stuffiness but doesn’t change the sinus pressure though nothing does.Don’t apply near your eyes for your safety and comfort. Yes, this lesson was learned firsthand. Boy, did my eyes water.

I use this when I wake up with a headache, as taking any pill adds a stomachache to my headache if taken before breakfast. The medicine is wonderful!The packaging, however, is not. Most of the product they show in the pictures is actually covered by plastic, so it’s not easily accessible. There’s only about 2mm of product above the plastic. After using that, I guess I’m just going to have to use some sort of separate applicator to dig into the remaining product.It’s worth the money because I’ve found nothing else like it in my local market, but I hope the packaging is improved before I need more.

I’ve used these sticks for probably 15 years now, and what you need to know is this. It will almost instantly cool your head, tingle very slightly, and give a pleasant subtle menthol smell. It works for about 20 minutes, which is basically just enough time to allow the pills to kick in! And you can re-apply as often as you like.Cannot recommend enough for anyone that suffers headaches/migraines.If you want something stronger, try the 4Head migraine cool patch things. They freeze your head for about 15 mins or so, but you only get 4 in a pack.

Unfortunately, a product similar to 4Head made in the US (most of my fellow migraineurs know which I mean), suddenly went off the shelves and was never replaced. All we had for our pain was OTC or prescription meds. There was a big gap between the sides and most of us had to do deal with what available.My husband found this product and we thought it might work. Yeah, at the time, the price was high (US$12.00 or so), but nothing was working. The only issue before I had the first stick, was that we spent money on another snake oil.Well, when it came, I was shocked at the size of the stick! I really felt ripped off, well until another migraine came. I took my OTC med, then put the stick on my face, starting around my forehead and down to my temples. It immediately felt good. I could feel the sensitivity in my temples begin to ease slowly. The menthol vapors also went up my nose, so it helps with my sinus headaches too!I then went to bed.and hoped it would not be a one race Charlie. In the middle of the night, I woke up and the pain had lessened. It was still there, so I put more on around my forehead and temples and went back to sleep. It has been a lifesaver since then!Oh and if you are concerned about the size of the product, don't be. Since I first received my first stick, about 5 or 6 years ago, this is my FIRST replacement, so it lasts.Good luck to all my fellow migraineurs!

I used to buy them in the UK, and was so desperate when I realized they are not sold in regular pharmacies! I am so glad I found them here, they are real life savers for those moments when I feel a migraine brewing, I also use them for long haul flights when the air feels very stuffy and for hot summer nights this gives a lot of fresh relief.

Works but very small amount of product

I started using this because I wasn’t sure putting bio freeze on my forehead was the best during migraine episodes. It works absolutely fantastic! Keeps the head feeling cold for 15-30 mins maybe even longer. It has really been a life saver! I keep it next to my bed and bring it to work with me!

I was shocked that this product actually helped my headaches! It’s not sticky at all, doesn’t smell bad and feels great. It also didn’t irritate my skin at all! Only down side is there isn’t much product in one stick. I used it up in a few weeks :(

So I have recently had Covid19 and I was suffering horrendously with headaches, dr had prescribed be pain killers, however the headache had been raging for 14 days now and I was getting fed up.So I ordered this little beauty, waited 2 days for it to come and it has made a difference. As you can apply it however many times a day you require to, there is no limit as it is menthol based.It is not greasy, it leaves no residue on your head, there is no clinical smell to it. It is just a fantastically made product.It gives instant relief and a cool cold feeling where you apply it on your forehead.It does not prevent headaches - for myself anyway, however it gives amazing relief and gives you tome to breathe and relax rather than being in tiring pain with a headache.Can not recommend enough. It lasts for months aswel.

I started using this years ago in a bid to stop using paracetamol as much.It does the job and you can physically feel it working as soon as you apply it.I apply liberally all over my forehead when using this and 9 times of out of 10 it stops the headache in its tracks.It does not leave any colouration on your skin and does not interfere with make up.I love this product and carry it around in my bag at all times to stop migraines at the headache stage.It's also worth mentining that one of these sticks lasts about 6months or so on average.

I saw an ad in the underground while my head was exploding and decided to try, so kudos to the marketing team, nice positioning. It was the first time I tried anything similar and it seems to be working better than pills for me, so I bought several and use them all the time. To be honest, you can find cheaper brands and the effect doesn't really change (they smell a bit different though). The format and application of this one is the most convenient at work, so I stick with this one for that and use the others at home.

This really didn't work for me.I have used this the last two times I've had the start of a headache / migraine and just nothing. It feels cooling, If you walk and the air hits it, but laying down its like there is nothing on.Instead the headache basically turned in to migranes.I used to use white tiger balm and it always worked but was struggling to buy during Covid-19.I've now got my hands on it again and immediately at the sign of a headache it diminished.I really can't recommend this 4head product at all and the amount you get for the cost is a joke!Considering I had to keep applying to see if anything would happen, it's nearly all gone after two uses.Save your money and buy some white tiger balm. So much more product for your money, more uses and actually works!

So I really didn’t think it would help with my migraines as I’ve had cluster migraines for over 15 years and the pain is indescribable. Nothing can really stop them and they drain you of all energy. I long gave up looking for anything to help but I thought I would try this as something to ease the pain I get in my neck, shoulder, chest and head from the migraines. Turns out, once I feel the aching begin and I know a migraine is on the way, I rub this everywhere I need it and it’s actually stopped the migraine from happening!I’ve not had a single migraine in 2 weeks! It’s literally life changing as my sleep has gotten so much better and I have more energy and less pain.I will say that I’ve not had the chance to use it during a migraine so can’t say how that works but it’s prevented all migraines from happening so far.Only down side, I got through them with a fierceness. I wish they came in larger sizes as I’m going to have to buy these small sticks in batches over and over. While it’s working I’ll buy these small sticks until I find something else that works like this in a larger size.Overall, seriously can’t believe how well this works for me and I will be recommending to anyone.
