I purchased 2 of these pillows (1 for me & 1 for my husband). For a few weeks (before the purchase) I was dealing with constant sore neck. My husband has been dealing with shoulder & neck pain. Been using this pillow almost a week and within the first 2 days my sore neck was gone and my husband's shoulder & neck pain are starting to improve. The pillow is a perfect size. Definitely glad that I made this purchase (worth every penny).

I no longer have kneck issues. It's really comfortable and makes a big difference. My shoulder pain is gone. Definitely feel the price is reasonable.

I have bought numerous memory foam pillows without much success. Can’t seem to find one I like. Saw this one and the price was reasonable, so, I decided to give it a try. While not perfect, it is one of the better ones I came across. It is good for both back and side sleepers. Worth a try.

The pillow is comfortable and soft but did not fully expand. I let the pillow sit for 48 hours and it has not expanded like it should. Besides it being a little flat, I’m hoping it’ll help me out.

I love this pillow! Super soft memory foam. The appearance is so cute with the heart in the middle. The size is perfect it is my favorite pillow. Relieved my shoulder and neck pain. Very supportive. The quality is great. Came compressed in a small box. The hight is perfect from shoulder to head very comfortable

I bought this in June and here I am in February shopping for something else. It started off great, just the support and firmness I needed to support my arthritic neck. I stated noticing my neck hurting again in the morning after about 4 months of regular use. It seemed like it wasn't offering the same support. At about 6 months of use, I was waking up at night due to neck pain and lots of tossing and turning to find the support I needed. About 3 weeks ago, I switched out pillows to my older one because it offered more support, and it's so old. I'm no pillow expert, but I do think the structure and support should last a bit longer than a few months.

Don't even waste your money! This is false advertisement. I got my pillow today and was excited. Since I really am having neck pains in the morning. It was delivered early morning I opened the box and wrapping at 10am and since it was squeezed into a box I gave it time to bounce back to its shape. It's now 3 hours and it's super flat. Literally 2 fingers high. The image shows it has to be an arm high. Very disappointed.
