This isn't your fathers Creatine. I used to take Creatine in the late 80's and early 90's and it used to be gritty and hard to dissolve in water. Not this brand! It's super easy to dissolve and completely tasteless. I mix one scoop with about 5 or 6 ounces of Powerade and it's very easy to drink. If I had to rate the "gritty feeling" from 1 - 10, 1 being the least, it's a 1. Compared to the best stuff I used to buy back in the 80's-90's which was 8 to 9. Also, so far after a week, I haven't experienced any stomach distress like I did back in the day. I'm very excited to add this supplement back into my routine as being 60, I'm set on getting back into top shape in order to maximize my quality of life. I read all the reviews and really trust this brand, and the fact that it's NFS certified is a huge plus.

First day taking so this is a preliminary review. I purchased the flavorless option. I have just tried it and verify that it indeed is flavorless. I did mix the powder but it never dissolved. It created a temporary suspension and then fell to the bottom. I would suggest a quick shake or stir before sips. It is a fine powder and I did not notice any texture when drinking. It truly tasted and felt like water.

Use it! Helps with brain fog. Increases strength, energy, and recovery is so much less painful for weightlifting. You will retain water. Only noticeable if you’re already over your ideal weight or have sensitive joints. I have MCAS and hEDS and I love this product. Don’t chug it. Drink it slowly over and hour or two or with a big meal, otherwise it will loosen your stools. If you already have GI issues, go slow. It can cause cramping.

Really happy with this, yes it’s a pretty penny but I’d rather pay more for creatine and just know you ain’t being dicked about, dissolves instantly and is a pleasant gulp.
