I am an audio engineer and though that I knew everything. I didn't read the instruction manual. Once you have it all set up and connected to your computer via the beautiful, one cable, all-purpose USB port, and the board lights up, there will be no sound. But the board is lit, and correctly wired to my computer. I finally read the manual for help....Line 1) Turn the freaking thing on. Just because the board is lit does not mean it is on. It gets power from the computer AND the power cord, included. I was happy and ashamed at the same time. I got over it.Pyle USA is made in good old Brooklyn USA. As a decorated veteran, that makes a big difference to me.It's super light, yet heavy-duty, like a Sherman tank. It comes with plenty of groovy effects (reverb, echo, delay, etc.) built in. Yes, there's a send and return bus for external effects (there has to be - you're a pro engineer now, aren't you?), but, for the life of me, I haven't needed them yet.IT IS SUPER QUIET. That's how you tell a good board from a bad one. This is a broadcast-quality studio mixer. The only drawback is that it only carries 8 tracks at a time.But, then, even The Beatles started on a 2 track. This is a great product. Three thumbs up. Buy me.

This Pyle mixer is simple to use and works well enough, though my first unit arrived dead and needed replacement. The mixer is compact—smaller than a laptop but heavier—and includes 4 hybrid XLR/TRS ports, with all other inputs being TRS. It has a USB-to-PC option, though I haven’t tested it yet due to misplacing the cable. The mixer delivers decent volume and sound quality; I’ve used it for portable gigs like baptisms with no major issues. It’s functional, but the initial DOA and limited input options were a bit of a letdown.

Great quality, great price, functions great, easy usage

Have yet to use but once I test it I will update Amazon review. Delivery was great minimal damage to the box. Products feels good quality has some weight to it. I will test the product and I will update in what I have liked and disliked.*update*The overall build quickly is great not the best but you know it was made with quality material due to the weight of the mixer.Sound quality is nice, it pared well with our main sound system and did not hear any pops, static, or cutoffs. It’s important to note that you shouldn’t max any of the volumes on a sound system or mixer as that will cause the static and cutoffs to happen. All ports worked and Bluetooth connected but even though I was able to connect sound was not coming out while Bluetooth was in use, I will continue to check what it could be.On to the knobs, button and slider. The knobs felt smooth when being turned, although most people won’t like the friction when turning knobs I for one find it useful as it will prevent human error when raising the volume. For the buttons, they had a nice tactile, click sound with a bit of a springy jump back after being pressed. Some gain/pad buttons though are not aligned at the same level as the others, meaning there is a difference in hight compare to the other buttons when pushed or left un pushed. This could be due to the use of different manufactured gain/pad switches or a bent on the circuit board. This is something minor though. The slider is good, smooth and light. The only thing I’m not liking too much is the effect knob as there is no definite stop but it works out because every time the board is turned on and off the effect counter resets to one.Overall for the price and the quality build it is worth it for anything that you are starting be it a podcast, mixer for karaoke and even for church, just as long as you have speakers that have their own power as this mixer won’t be able to power them on its own.

tiene buen sonido y opciones de conección, si mejora el audio y lo efectos son discretos pero bien ajustados si se distinguen . se siente robusta y de buenos materiales , el Bluetooth conecta sin problema. el punto en contra es que no se puede seleccionar por carpetas en MP3.

Exelente mixer todo lo que esperé a un bien precio, =)
