DG SPORTS Outdoor Handheld Portable Water Cooler Mist Spray,Pump Sprayer.Personal Atomizer

I knew from the other reviews I was taking a chance on this, and I wish I had listened to the negative reviews. As soon as I put in water and pumped it up water began spraying from the top. There is no way to turn the spray off when it is pumped up except to unscrew the top. I'm guessing the button is pushed in too far but I don't see any way of getting inside to fix it. Pressing the button only makes it spray harder. I had purchased one of these last year at Wal-Mart and loved it, but I left mine at a relative's house in another state, so I thought I'd just buy another one. In the photo this one looks exactly like my other one, but when I received it I could tell a few differences - different plastic, different box, my other one has a "do not fill beyond this line" warning on the side, etc. If I pump it up aimed at the sink, and then spray my face and quickly unscrew the top, it will help cool me off with only a little water where it shouldn't be, but this is not how it's supposed to work, and I would never trust putting it in my purse. It's a total piece of junk and the seller should stop selling them until the problems are fixed.

In the first week I had this, I thought it was pretty nice. It sprayed nice mist that I used on plants every morning. But after a few days of use, the pump stopped working, I couldn't figure out why till I took it apart and found that the rubber o-ring was already stretched out and wasn't allowing the air to pump. I fixed it by adding some oil to the o-ring to add some lubrication and that worked. Now, after 3 months the thing won't even spray a mist, it just lets out a tiny bit of mist then turns into water droplets which pool over the top and stop the mist from coming out. When it works, it is great, but getting it to work and keep working is the problem.

Just received this today, and right out of the box it leaks profusely. The trigger leaks, the nozzle drip leaks while misting, and the tube itself leaks. All in all this was a waste of 10 bucks. Hopefully the company will send me a new one that works, or refunds my money.

Great concept, using a very fine spray mist to cool the skin. I've used a previous version of this and both have worked great to help keep cool in Summer outdoor activities. Be aware that it doesn't work nearly as well on humid days. My original started cracking the plastic where the top screws on, so it wont hold pressure anymore. This new one is designed a little differently, so hopefully it will hold up better. The new one keeps the pump handle properly stored when not "pumping". The old one didn't always stay put. NOTE: The top does not need to be tightened very hard to seal up and hold pressure for an hour or longer. Tighten gently and only enough to make it seal. That should help it last longer. btw- I'm not connected with DG Sports in any way.......

Broke the first time using it. Followed the instructions and didn't over pump. The bottom popped off and the water went everywhere. Returned this for a refund.

Please save your money and do not purchase this item. I always read reviews before purchasing any item online. I saw all the negative reviews but still went ahead and purchased it because it was the cheapest personal mister/fan I saw. It broke the 3rd time I used it. Don't do what I did. I wanted to save money and look what happened. Just save yourself the time and aggravation and buy I better quality item that's a little more expensive.

This product is exactly what you pay for. It isn't that expensive and it provides a very fine mist that cools you down without drenching yourself in water. I will be using this product all summer at all the festivals I will be attending. I will be the coolest person in the crowd, pun intended.

I didn't want to give this product any stars but I had to give it one star in order to leave comments. The pump didn't work and it is very cheap quality. I am returning this item.
