Crystal clear and relatively easy set up.Pimax just needs to make thicker face gaskets. The stock one is way too thin.

You can only use this product for 14 days after turning it on for the first time. The pimax prime account required to use the product you are purchasing is an additional $260.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!
Boy these reviews look awful and this is not my experience at all!I have dealt with tech support, and in my experience it has been phenomenal. This is my 1st VR headset.I did not buy from Amazon.I bought directly from the Pimax Store.Honestly that would be my recommendation, as you will know exactly what the cost is and what to expect.The headset has come a very long way from launch and so has the software.I had a 4080 and could just get iRacing and LeMans to look good at lower resolution.But the software has been optimized and now a mid-range GPU can run sims with the software enhancement.Some people have complained about extra charge from Amazon, I have no experience with that.What I can say is that there is confusion about the way Pimax sells them.For the money you cannot buy a headset with these specs anywhere! Bottom Line!If you are looking for a PVCR headset for iRacing and MSFS you can't do better in this price range.I am not a influencer or youtuber and my irating proves it. LOLIt is a good kit and Pimax is pushing VR forward. I would definitely buy again!

Mislabelled and inaccurate description. No technical or sales support after days of trying.extra.
This item is mislabelled and mis-represented. It says you need to purchase a "Prime Membership" for $259 after 14 days. You do NOT need to purchase a Prime Membership (implying from Amazon Prime) but you need to purchase for $288 the PIMAX Play software. PIMAX wants you to register with them directly meaning PIMAX is collecting customer data. What are they doing with it? This raises privacy issues. No instructions are provided on how to buy the PIMAX Play so we could not figure out how to do this. No technical support is offered. No one returns calls or emails or Chat Sessions which do not seem to be manned. In addition, the base stations do not work unless you purchase a $200 ($199) faceplate to connect to base stations. So between misrepresenting the product requirement for it to operate, and not providing any human technical support or after sales support, this product should be closely examined. My customer is returning both headsets I bought last week for them for these issues. PIMAX needs to get their act together. I trust Amazon will refund my purchase in full as I have requested.
