Can this be used to glue gems on a bra?

I don't see why not. I've used it to glue beads to knitted work, gems to metal and plastic and so many other things. ^^

Can it be used to glue patches on faux leather jacket?

I haven't used it on faux leather, but this is an awesome glue, I think it would work

Can Beacon Gem-Tac be use on photos?

It works okay on paper and cardboard so I'm pretty sure it would work on digital photos that are printed out however I don't know how it would respond to a 35mm developed print because there are chemicals on that paper.
