Excellent product for price, quality and quantity

I have tried probably over a hundred supplements over the years for various health conditions, and this is one of the few that I know works. I began taking it a few years ago, and I was shocked at how much better I felt during soccer games. (I'm a woman in my 40s.) I don't know whether I actually run faster or longer, but I do know that I feel so much better when I play. I take one on regular days and one or two on game days. I don't know if this will help everyone. I do seem to be one of those people who runs low on many vitamins and minerals despite a good diet.

I love how this is helping me be able to do more activities. I take this in the morning along with my thyroid medicines. I'm feeling like I'm catching up to my young self. You're supposed to go up every 7 days. This is really strong stuff and I've been B-1 (thiamine) deficient for so long going up each time I up one more capsule it makes me super tired for little over 8 days. I mean a super tired!! But for me it was and is worth the struggle to regain my younger days energy levels. My levels are coming up very well but that's the Only set back for me. I'm up to 450 capsules and I'm feeling so good! The sleepiness or tiredness when increasing dosages is due to the fact that it's a telltale sign of chronically low thiamine levels through out my life. I'd say since I was born! I have and had major malabsorption problems since I was an infant. If you're already feeling tired before ever starting on this that's a good sign you need this product. Try it and stick to it you'll reap great results!!

The front of the bottle says this is allithiamine which is thiamine allyl disulfide but the ingredients don’t list that. The back of the bottle says there is TTFD in this which is thiamin tetrahydrofurfuryl disulfide. Not the same thing. Which is it? If they are selling TTFD then why does the front of the bottle list a different compound? The side of the bottle states that it includes “other nutritional co-factors that are naturally occurring in garlic” but it doesn’t list garlic extract or any garlic related ingredients. The product description on here says it contains calcium phosphate but the bottle I received doesn’t list that as an ingredient. This just seems really sketchy.
